This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Jane McIlwaine of Browndodd Doagh in the County of Antrim.

I hereby revoke all previous wills or other testamentary dispositions at any time heretofore made by me. I appoint as my Executors James Taggart of Ballybracken Doagh Farmer and David Gawn of Halftown Templepatrick Farmer

I leave devise and bequeath to my son Thomas George all my interest in the farm situate in Browndodd now known as the Upper Farm and formerly known as Craigs Farm and which is held by myself and my husband as tenants in common free of rent.

I leave and bequeath to my daughter Mrs. Jane Gawn Taggart my shares in the Belfast Ropeworks.

I leave and bequeath to my son William Andrew the sum of seventy pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my son Robert James the sum of fifty pounds.

I leave and bequeath to my son Thomas George the sum of twenty five pounds.

After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I leave devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate between all my children in equal shares.

As witness my hand this 30th day of June One thousand nine hundred and forty two.

This is the last Will and Testament of me George McIlwaine of Browndodd Doagh in the County of Antrim.

I hereby revoke any former Wills made by me. I appoint as my Executors James Taggart of Carnaughlis and David Gawn of Halftown and I direct them to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses.

I leave and bequeath the following legacies one thousand pounds to my son Thomas George, fifty pounds to my son William Andrew, fifty pounds to my daughter Jeannie and my shares:- the Belfast Ropeworks to my grandson George Scott Taggart,

All the residue of my estate I leave devise and bequeath to ay son Robert James
As Witness my hand this 28th day of May 1955

This is a codicil to my said Will of the 28th day of May 1955. 1 hereby leave, devise and bequeath the grave in Rashee Burying Ground to my said Son Robert James McIlwaine, in all other respect I ratify and confirm my said Will.
