Will of
Agnes (Bell) Wilson
This is the last Will and Testament of me Agnes Wilson made
this tenth day of April 1928. I hereby revoke all previous
wills at any time heretofore made by me. I appoint Robert
Todd of Halftown and Robert Manson of Tardree to be the
Executors of this my Will. I leave to my niece Mary Alice
Bell the sum of twenty pounds, to my niece Elizabeth Jane
Morrison the sum of twenty pounds, to my niece Hester
Isabella Bell the sum of twenty pounds, to Elizabeth Agnes
Wilson ( daughter of Charles Wilson) the sum of twenty
pounds and also a small chest of drawers and the bed which
is now in my bottom room. I leave to Robert Matthew Wilson (
son of Charles Wilson) the sum of twenty pounds and also my
eight day clock. I leave to Agnes Bell (daughter of Robert
G. Bell) the sum of twenty pounds and also my largest chest
of drawers. I leave my sideboard to Mrs. Charles Wilson. To
my sister Mrs. Martha Jane Connor I leave the sum of sixty
pounds. All the residue of my money and property after
payment of my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses I
leave and bequeath to Mrs. Rose Bell (wife of Robert G.
Bell).

Testament in presence of us who in her presence and at her
request and in presence of each other have hereunto set our
hands as witnesses.
