Probate of the Will of Robert Moore late of Rathenraw County Antrim Farmer who died 26 July 1897 granted at Belfast to James M'Connell of Ballyharvey and William Graham of Castleview Ballybentra both said County Farmers

 

Will of Robert Moore of Rathenraw, Antrim

This is the last will and Testament of me Robert Moore, Rathenraw, Co. Antrim,  Farmer. I revoke all former wills made by  me and declare this to be my last will and testament. I leave and bequeath to my nephew Robert Moore's two sons namely James and Robert Moore all the farm of land where I now reside with all the stock crop and farm implements subject to their paying a debt of £150.0.0 one hundred and fifty pounds due by me also an annuity of £20.0.0 Twenty pounds per annum and the room situated on the north end of the dwelling house to my wife Margaret Moore during her natural life. I also leave to my said wife all my household furniture. I also bequeath to my nephew Robert Moore my interest in the farm of land known as Finlays Forth subject to him paying his daughter Mary Jane Moore the sum of £30.0.0 Thirty pounds Stg. and I appoint James McConnell of Ballyharvey Farmer and William Graham of Castleview,  Farmer Executors of this my will dated this 14th day of July, 1897.
