This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Millar of
Dunsilly in the County of Antrim farmer. I hereby
revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions
heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last will
and testament. I appoint Samuel Russell of Walburn
Cottage and Thomas Millar of Glenmullion Executors thereof.
I direct my Executors after my decease to sell and convert
into money my farm in the townland of Dunsilly known as
"Ecclestown farm" and to devote the proceeds thereof so far
as they may go to the payment of the following debts, viz.:-
To my mother £55 Stg. -- to my sister Martha £100 Stg. (One
hundred pounds) -- to my Aunt Agnes Millar £85 Stg. -- to
Mr. Robert Boal £100 Stg. --to my Uncle William Millar £100
Stg. I leave and bequeath to my brother John Millar now
residing in Seacash my farm in Dunsilly, upon which I
reside, together with all stock, crop, chattels, farming
implements, furniture and effects of whatsoever nature and
kind I may die possessed of subject to the payment of the
residue of the hereintofore mentioned debts any other debts
that may be due by me at my decease also all funeral and
testamentary expenses and also subject to the maintaince and
support of my mother upon the farm during the term of her
natural life as provided for in my fathers will and I direct
that he, my brother John, pay the following legacies off the
said farm in Dunsilly. To my sister Martha £60 Stg. --
to my sister Agnes £60 Stg. -- to my sister Mary Ann, now
Mrs. Black £20 Stg. -- to my sister Elizabeth , now Mrs.
Houston, £20 Stg. -- to my niece Jeannie Agnew £20 Stg. --
to my brother William Millar £20 Stg. --to my nephew Thomas
Millar, son of my brother John, £20 Stg. --to my nephew
Thomas Millar, William's son, ten pounds Stg. and to my
sister Jane, now Mrs. Crawford, £10 Stg. All the rest
residue and remainder of my estate I leave to my brother
John and I direct said legacies to be paid to the several
parties hereintofore named by my brother John immediately
after the death of my mother. Dated this 20th day of
September 1905.
