Probate of the Will of Andrew Gawn late of Carnearney County Antrim no occupation who died 27 February 1904 granted at Belfast to Thomas John Gawn and James David Gawn Farmers

Will of Andrew Gawn Carnearney  

This is the last Will and Testament of me Andrew Gawn Carnearney made this 27th February 1904. I revoke all wills or testament hitherto made and I appoint my brother Thomas John Gawn and James David Gawn my Executors. I leave and bequeath to my brother Thomas John Gawn all chattels and everything pertaining to me at my death subject to the following deductions. That from the Legacy left to me by my uncle William Gawn Halftown the sum of £30 thirty pounds shall be sent to my brother George to bring him home and on the money becoming due and him returning home the remainder viz. £20 to be paid to him. Should he not come home or not live until the thirty pounds be paid to him I direct that the sum of £10 be paid by my executors to my sister Elizabeth Mary O'Neill if then alive. The residue I leave to my said brother Thomas John Gawn.
